well, that’s true as well… it’s what you understand by “meaning”.
WELL PERSONALLY, i think no matter what, a tattoo has meaning. whether there's a huge long story behind it or someone just decided to get it one day after waking up because they just dug the design or whatever, it still has meaning. they dug it, that's all there is to say.

To the person who thinks this blog is biased, it's not nearly as bad as being ignorant. Blogs are not intended to be impartial and that's why they're blogs. You're supposed to be able to post what you want! Also, if they don't like it, NOTHING is making them follow.
